2Cor5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
In eschatological teachings, there are several types of judgements. The believer's judgement known as 'bema' would take place in the sky immediately after rapture and everyone shall receive rewards commensurate to what they've done here on earth and after, the marriage supper of the lamb follows.
The beauty of making it at rapture is not just disappearing but getting rewards at the judgement seat of Christ. It is at this judgement seat of Christ our intentions for doing God's work shall be weighed and our works shall be tried in the fire. If your work cannot withstand the fire, then you'll loose your reward. It is to be noted that no one will go to hell at this judgement but it is a judgement meant for rewards only.
It would be a painful thing if you don't get good reward. Start engaging yourself in Kingdom service like never before and win souls vigorously. Your work for God should be love-motivated and not recognition or fame-motivated. When you work with this mindset, you won't loose your reward.
Just very soon, your works shall be judged.
