We live in times when Christians are busy with work and they neglect the work of God. Some prefer to send their tithes and offerings and other donations to the church by proxy thinking that's all God want from them. Get this clear in your heart today, God want you to give yourself first to him and for his service before any other thing.
I have seen people that are enthusiastic about God's work. When we go for outreaches, they are eager to do just anything but would give excuses on why they can't go. Some are afraid to travel to rural areas for evangelism. God needs foot-soldiers. The devil is spreading his tentacles around because he has volunteers that has given themselves to his course.
You must make a commitment to God to be available for his service this year. If you want to know true members in church sometimes, tell them they all shall go for evengelism, just a few would remain because excuses for non-availabilty would crop up from many. Before you give money or support God's work, give yourself first.
Father, my life is available to you for your use In Jesus name.
