Job8:7 Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase
Bishop David Oyedepo told a story on how he started out in ministry with six members. He said he would preach with energy to six people as if he was preaching to thousands. Little by little, the church began to grow and today, he has a very large membership worldwide.
The secret of every great man is that they started little. Some have great dreams but they don't want to start little. Greatness remains a wish if you don't want to commit yourself to the process of starting small. Sometimes, it may be painful and discomforting starting small but you need to endure before you reach the zenith of your dreams.
The only thing that starts from the top is when grave diggers are digging the grave. I'm yet to see a sky-scrapper that was built from the top-down. Those that take the pains of following through the process of starting small grows big and stay big. If you cut-corners, you may fall and never rise. Start that business idea in a small way and work on it till it grows. Stop waiting for when everything is in place.
You can start out in marriage small and build the kind of life you want gradually. Discouragement about starting small is a sign that you're no ready for greatness.
Father, I receive grace to stay committed to the process of growth In Jesus name. Amen
