Joshua23:1 And it came to pass a long time after that the Lord had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about, that Joshua waxed old and stricken in age.
The Israelites fought a lot of battles on their way to the promise land. It was a journey that had more to do with wars because there were enemies to be conquered in every territory. To possess any land, there must be a war but at a time in their history, God gave them rest from battles.
There are people that never stop fighting battles in their life. They go from one problems into another. It seems the devil has just decided to deal with them specially. Some have never enjoyed a month without a unique problem. I'm not saying we don't have challenges, we do but some are issues personified. It seems certain powers are trailing behind them and doesn't want to give them peace.
If God can give the Israelites rest on every side from their enemies, I also decree rest into your life In Jesus name. To enter into this rest, you need to use the force of faith. As long as you live in this world, you need faith to overcome. Faith is a divine force that commands the supernatural to work in your favour in the natural.
If you can believe God's word, your rest is assured.
Father, I enter into an all-round rest on every side from the battles of life In Jesus name. Amen
