2Cor5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
The first thing to do to make one's life count is to live for Christ alone and not things. In addition to that, living for Christ's vision is another vital way to make one's life count. It is not enough to live for Christ alone but to see his dreams and visions come true.
When we live for ourselves, our ambition consumes us, our major focus is on what we can get, the fame and self-gratification. When Christ's vision is pursued vehemently, the aim is to see God's glory cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. What is Christ's vision? The ultimate vision of Christ is to see God worshipped through him
That means Christ wants all tribes and tongues to worship the father through him. That's why we are in the business of soul-winning so that the souls of men can be won to Christ and see them worship God through Jesus. If we are not living for this purpose, then we are not living a life that counts in eternity.
I choose to wear out in the pursuit of this vision rather than rust out doing nothing for Christ.
Dear father, I receive grace to pursue the vision of Christ In Jesus name. Amen
