THE HOLY CITY MADE BY GOD

June 14, 2015 · Lanre Oyeleke · 2 views

Rev21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

When the rapture occurs, we shall be with the Lord in the air for seven years and there shall be a great tribulation here on earth for those seven years. After that tribulation, there shall be an armageddon war where the anti Christ would want to fight Christ but he shall be defeated. The victory in that war shall usher in the millenial reign of Christ.

Christ would be the president of the whole world and we shall be co-rulers with him for a thousand years. When a thousand years are over, the new heaven and the new earth shall come to be and those that are God's shall live there forever. That is where I desire. It shall be a city made by God.

Many times, because we don't think about these things( end-time events), we think this present world is all there is to this life but I want you to know that there's a world ahead called eternity. It is endless and continuous. I enjoin you today to accept Christ if you're yet to accept him into your life.
