Have you ever asked yourself why we dream at night? Sometimes, the way some people regard dreams makes one think that the only way God speaks to his children is through night visions, some may even be praying against spirits blocking their dream line. Well, I want to tell you that it is not compulsory to have night visions before you hear from God.
The major reason why we dream at night is because during the day, we may not have been sensitive enough to the Spirit of God to speak to us, fleshly activity is an enemy of receptivity from God. When our minds are relaxed from the hustle and bustle of this world, then God uses that calm moment to speak to us. The truth is that, if you are very sensitive in the day and walking in the Spirit, there maybe no need for dream.
Not all dreams are from God, you must be atune to God and his word to decipher the source of your dreams . Dreams can come either from the devil, daily activities or from God. Stay sensitive to God as much as you can and don't let off your spiritual guard. God wants to speak to us like he did to Abraham, Moses and prophets of old not until we sleep.
If we have a deeper relationship with the father, we'll hear him speak to us even when we're awake.
Father, I receive grace to be in tune with you all day In Jesus name. Amen
