It is very hard for people to accept the fact that every detail of their lives has been planned by God but it is the gospel truth. The reason why many are involved in the rat race is simply because they haven't discovered what was planned for them long before the foundations of the earth were laid.
The scripture above made it clear that every detail of our lives, past present and future is in God's hands. All we need to do is to discover our destiny( details) from God and start walking accordingly. Your frustrations may be because you are trying to re write the details of your life by yourself instead of you to discover what has been written and agree with it.
The day you discover your purpose here on earth is the day you start to live. Your purpose is your calling, it is your ministry and it is your life's assignment. Your destiny is tied to your purpose in life. You need to discover why you were created in the first place, why God sent you into that family and nation. God doesn't waste arrows because he shoots on purpose to hit a target. He uses no man to do shooting practice. Your are an arrow in God's hands.
Go discover your place in destiny and enter into it.
Father, show me my purpose and cause me to fulfil why I came In Jesus name. Amen
