Phil3:13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. NLT
Colonel Sanders founded Kentucky Fried chicken at the age of 65. He thought restaurant owners would love his fried chicken recipe, and he’d get a percentage of it. He drove around the country knocking on doors, sleeping in his car, wearing his white suit. Do you know how many times people said no till he got one yes? 1009 times! He didn't give up in the pursuit of his dream.
You may be rejected severally even by your families and friends. Do not let the 'no' of people stop the pursuit of your God-given dream. Most times, we give up too soon because we allow frustration from our past experiences to weigh us down. Apostle Paul said forgetting what is behind; let your pains, failures and hurts be behind you. There is a glory that lies ahead which far outweighs the pain of today.
Maybe you have achieved a little success, thank God for the achievement and keep pursuing greater success. There is a realm in life where only eagles fly, in God there are no limits. Till you see God in glory, strive to be the best in your area of expertise and calling.
Father, I receive the grace to keep up with the pursuit of God's purpose for my life In Jesus name.
