Isaiah43:18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. 19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.
The human memory have the capacity to store events and happenings especially unpleasant happenings in the past. That is the reason why sometimes, people talk about the worst moment of their lives. Today, God is saying you should forget your sorrow and shame because he is set to do a new thing.
The impossibility of man is a possibility before God. It is hard to find water in the desert and it is an herculean task trying to make a way in the wilderness because the vegetation is thick and complex. In my few travels, I've seen desert lands and how hard it is to dig for water. In most cases, machines do the digging and it takes a lot of effort to reach the depth where water can be found.
No matter how hard things may have been in your life, I want you to know that God will come through for you. Robert Schuller said 'Tough times never last but tough people do'. I want you to become tough in faith for your hard times. Faith remains a vital tool for navigating through tough times and winning the battles of life.
Your faith can make God pass a thousand people just to reachout to only you.
Father, do a new thing in my life and let water come out of my desert and make a way in the wilderness of my life In Jesus name. Amen
