Acts21:9 The people with me saw the light but didn't understand the voice speaking to me. NLT
When Paul the Apostle was on his way to Damascus, he had a life changing encounter with Jesus. His companions were with him, they saw the light that shone on him and they heard a voice speaking to Saul who later became Paul but they didn't understand. I call that an incomplete revelation.
Most times as believers, when the word of God or a revelation hasn't come to you personally and you're trying to live your spiritual life on another man's encounter, there is a tendency that you'll see the light, hear the voice but may not understand what was being said. Great men in the kingdom are men of personal encounter with God not men that lived-off on another man's dealings with God.
This syndrome of incomplete revelation is the reason why many Christians are copy cats and half-baked. There is no man that will encounter Christ personally without understanding him clearly. Stop living on borrowed revelations, stay in the secret place for God himself to reachout to you for a specific word for your life and ministry.
Father, I need a definite and personal encounter and I don't want to leave on the revelation of others In Jesus name.
