2Cor5:11 Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences.
In the school of soul-winning, one thing we do not stop doing is to persuade men and showing them the way of salvation. Why do we persuade men? Paul answered this question in the opening scripture and he said it because we know the terror of the Lord.
As a believer, you have to be a mobile evangelist that has mastered how to persuade men. When I go out preaching to the lost, it is because of this same thing apostle Paul knew that motivates me always. If you know anyone that is yet to surrender unto Christ, do not stop persuading them because of the terror of the Lord that awaits sinners.
If you are a reader of this devotional and you're yet to accept the grace of salvation, you're playing with the terror of God. God is very merciful and loving but he is also a consuming fire at the same time. If you haven't given your life to Christ, pray this prayer:
Dear Father, forgive me of my sins, wash me with the blood of Christ and write my name in the book of life. I confess Jesus as my Lord and personal saviour In Jesus name. Amen
