Phil4:17 Not that I desire your gifts; what I desire is that more be credited to your account.
When you open an account in a bank, as you save money into that account, you are crediting that account and whenever you withdraw from that account, you will be debited. The scriptures also made it clear that we have an account with God in the bank of heaven, if it is not so, Paul wouldn't have made mention of it.
The Philipian church were financial partners of Paul's Apostolic ministry, they supported him so that he would reach out with the gospel. If you read Philipians 4 very well, you would see that he talked a lot about how the Philippian church gave willingly to his ministry and that was why he said in Philipains4:(19) 'And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.'
When you give your resources to support productive kingdom assignments, you are crediting your account in heaven and that is when you can boldly say what is in Philippians4:19. When you give to support kingdom assignments, you are not making the ministry richer nor the pastor but yourself.
Father, I receive grace to credit my account in heaven In Jesus name. Amen
