1Tim4:1 Now the Holy Spirit tells us clearly that in the last times some will turn away from the true faith; they will follow deceptive spirits and teachings that come from demons. NLT
We live in perilous times when many believers who once held the life of holiness dear are now straying. I remember meeting a brother who told me about how he used to be on fire for God and his call into the ministry. At that time, he was always hovering around a lady and one could see from afar that his relationship was unholy.
Many have departed from the true faith and that is why some wouldn't sit to listen to a preacher of truth. One of the signs of the end is that those with itching ears would surround themselves with false teachers. If you attend a church where you are not discipled to live like Christ, you may be in the wrong place. There are doctrines of demons flying around and one must be spiritual enough to sieve them.
We need the grace of God to stand in the true faith more than ever because the narrow path is getting narrower and the broad way is getting broader by the day. Jesus is coming, the devil is fighting his final battle to draw men back from God and take them to hell. Don't be caught in the end time trap.
Father, I receive grace to stand firm in the faith In Jesus name. Amen
