Gal6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
One of the scriptures that many denominational preachers have misinterpreted is Gal6:10. I've heard of believers that won't help anyone except they belong to their denomination. After my NYSC, I needed a job, a friend told me to start attending a church in Lagos- Island so that the Pastor would help me with a job but thank God I declined. If I had gone to that church, I may not have an encounter with God like I've had in previous years because I would be eyeing opportunities.
That's how bad things have become today in the church. I should be helped by any child of God regardless of my denomination. God's word through Apostle Paul to us in this generation is that we should do good unto all men especially those who are of the household of faith. Our church 'dogma's' may differ but Christ binds us as one.
The house hold of faith is not referring to any denomination or assembly but those that are saved. A kingdom personality in church 'A' is thesame as that of church 'B' because they were bought with thesame price- the blood of Christ. Christ paid thesame price to put us all into the same household. When next you want to help, just be a blessing to any household members.
