1Cor6:19 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;

BE HEALTH CONSCIOUS

There was a young Evangelist that God used mightily in his twenties. He was a kingdom bull dozer. He became sick at the age of 29. On his death bed, he said, "God gave me a message and a horse. I damaged the horse and I couldn't deliver the message." His body was the horse he meant while his ministerial assignment was the message. Though anointed, he didn't take the issue of his health serious. Several anointed believers have died because they neglected their health.

No matter how lofty your dreams are and good your goals may sound, you need perfect health to achieve them. Anointing is not a replacement for the application of common sense in health management. Our body is not yet glorified, we need to learn how to manage it well so that we can use it fulfill God's purpose on earth. There are several cases of ministers dying on the altar. Some have damaged their health by holding marathon vigils and fasting without resting. There are believers who don't eat right. They swallow anything.

It is wise to get health education, seek medical advice and comply to health instructions. Eat right, rest well and exercise your body. Go for medical check up at least every six months. It is not a sin to see your doctor neither is using medications a sign that you lack faith. God created the components of those drugs and gave the wisdom to make them. He's also the source of medical wisdom. Sound health is basic. Don't damage your horse.

Action point
