HOW TO SILENCE YOUR ENEMIES

July 27, 2016 · Lanre Oyeleke · 2 views

Proverbs16:7 When people’s lives please the LORD, even their enemies are at peace with them. NLT

In some churches, the issue of praying against enemies is always in the front-burner. Service becomes incomplete when an enemy hasn't been dealt with. I believe that if we are praying the same prayer points for years without answer, something is wrong somewhere and there's a need to fix it quickly. Our arch enemy is Satan that we must resist.

You need to know that there is power in holy living. When the life a believer pleases the Lord, the enemy goes into hiding. Stop placing deliverance or warfare prayers as some call it above living a life that is pleasing to God. I have been to several prayer programmes and I won't forget one of such that I attended, inside the auditorium, a man beat his wife in front of everybody. That man can be dealt with easily by the enemy because he wasn't walking in love.

Your primary pursuit should be on how to please God and nothing more. Holy living is a weapon of warfare on its own. Your enemies can be silenced and put where they belong if your life is pleasing to God, going to the mountain, attending vigils, buying anointing oil and mantle isn't a substitute at all.

Action point

Father, I receive the grace to please you daily In Jesus name. Amen
