Proverbs2:20 Follow the steps of good men instead,
and stay on the paths of the righteous. 21 For only the godly will live in the land,
and those with integrity will remain in it.

When I was in school, I decided to move closely with some brethren. God used some of the people I met to transform my life because I followed their foot steps in certain things. I caught the mantle of prayer from Dr Joshua Ojewunmi. Every night, we would meet by the roadside near a growing bush to pray. He taught me to buy tapes and listen to them.
Today, when I check my library, I see old tapes that are powerful spiritual resources that I can't discard. All these and more are the things that God used him for my life. When you walk with godly men and follow their examples,your life is bound to be good. Proverbs 13:20 made it clear that you'll become like the person you walk with.
In today's world, godly models are becoming scarce. Our children watch the television to pick who their models would be. Some parents are no longer worth following because of their stinking character. Let's nurture our children and discipline ourselves to follow godly models so that our ending can be glorious.
Father, I receive grace to follow the foot steps of godly men In Jesus name.
