1Cor14:2 For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God, for no man understandeth him, however it may be that in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
PAUL'S SECRET
Have you ever wondered why Paul the Apostle said: I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than ye all:...1Cor14:18? Even though in that chapter, he was teaching about orderliness on the subject of speaking in tongues and prophesying in the public( church meetings) not in private, yet he still thanked God he spoke in tongues( in private prayer) more than everyone in the Corinthian church. We can deduce that in his private prayer or personal devotion, he prayed in tongues heavily.
Paul became a custodian of divine mysteries because he spoke mysteries unto God. Hallelujah! He wrote more books or letters than other apostles. When you read his letters, you'll notice it has depth and they are full of divine secrets that the ordinary mind wouldn't have conceived. It is almost impossible to preach a balanced gospel without referring to any of the Pauline epistles. Till today, Paul is still preaching on our pulpits around the globe.
What most people do not understood is that when you pray in tongues, you open up the access to receive from God. It helps to fine tune your spirit- man to operate at the frequency of God. Some that speak in tongues do not even know these benefits so they do it as a routine or tradition. When tuning a radio manually, you'll notice that it won't give a clear signal until it is properly tuned to the appropriate frequency. That is what speaking in tongues does to the spirit- man of the believer. Do you desire to have access to deep secrets of heaven?
Spend time to pray in the Spirit daily.
