Psalm25:9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
MEEKNESS IS VITAL
In the old testament, Moses was regarded as the meekest man on earth, Num12:3. Another word for meekness is humility. A careful study about the life of Moses revealed to us that he enjoyed an unusual relationship with God. From the time of Moses till now, no man has seen God's glory at a very close range like Moses did while in the flesh. Though he was a man with weaknesses and limitation, yet he was entrusted with secrets that are deep.
Based on theological findings, Moses authored the book of Genesis to Deuteronomy. He was not born when God created the earth yet he gave a chronological account on how God created the world. He did not witness the flood in the time of Noah neither was he there when God called Abram, made him Abraham, promised him the nations and blessed him. The gap between Abraham and Moses was more than 500 years yet Moses could account for most of the events that happened before him.
If there was anything that stood him out, i think it was because of his meek spirit. God found a man whose heart was totally fixed on him and was not full of himself and his ways. God cannot reveal deep secrets to the proud and arrogant people. Those that are filled with their own ways and schemes will never hear God's voice. A meek man is a man that is broken and contrite in heart and the bible says such a man God will not reject,Psalm51:17. Put on the garb of meekness so that you can have access to divine secrets
Father, i receive the grace to be meek In Jesus name.
