Hebrews4:13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God. Everything is naked and exposed before his eyes, and he is the one to whom we are accountable.

I once told the story of a couple praying and trusting God for the fruit of the womb, the man has prayed for a very long time. On a certain day, God asked the wife ' why are you troubling my son?' After several years of marriage, the wife had to reveal her dirty past to her husband on how she aborted. What she thought was hidden, was brought to limelight, thank God she conceived and gave birth after.
We serve an all-knowing God. There is nothing hidden before God because all things are naked right in his very eyes. What you call secret is open to him. If you are involved in secret sins and you've remained unrepentant about it, I want you to know that you shall account for it. This is not to make you feel condemned but it is a call to repentance and carefulness.
As a Christian, you cannot be living your life carelessly, there is an eye that watches over everyone. One of my mum's favourite song is titled 'you cannot hide it from God'. The day of reckoning is coming, we shall give account unto God.
There are no secret with God, that can only exist with men.
Father, I receive deliverance from secret sins In Jesus name.
