I heard about a hotel attendant that was rewarded handsomely for not stealing monies he saw in the hotel room of a preacher whom he cleaned. This pastor left some dollar notes in his room and he met them intact. Afterwards, this young hotel attendant was taken to the city where this preacher resides on his request. He settled him there and turned his life around.

I once committed some monies into the hands of a preacher to do something for me. He misappropriated the funds and started sounding like a broken record thereafter. I forgave him but my heart shifted from him in matters of money. It became hard for me to even introduce him to people who might be of help to his ministry because he might do worse to them. On my side, he lost out.

Many believers praying and fasting for favour might be missing something vital- integrity. Anywhere people cannot vouch for your integrity, you will lose alot of good things, favour inclusive.

Those you have lied to or swindled will never think of showing you favour because you don't deserve it except God shows mercy. Don't expect favour from those whose monies you have misappropriated or embezzled. Your lack of integrity might just be the reason you'll stay on the same prayer point of "Lord favour me" for years.

Integrity is a magnet that attracts favour.

Someone living abroad once reached out to me to help supervise his building project. He made that decision because he said he could not find someone he could trust with money. I am not a building contractor but I assembled experts on the job while I supervised the financial aspect of the project and I ensured there were no leakages to the best of my knowledge. I gave him a step-by-step account of income and expenditure. One of the artisans over quoted for his materials. I detected that and I saved him N4 million naira which an individual could have pocketed. He was glad and he reward me for that. Till date, I still drink from that stream.

Those who cannot give proper account of money given to them to do something might experience closed doors. Keeping change to yourself is not a sign of smartness. When you deal with smart people, they watchout for little things such as this. I do as well.

Your phony lifestyle might pay you but it is only for a while. Integrity doesn't pay monthly or weekly but when pay day comes, it will come big. As you pray for favour, add integrity to your lifestyle. You'll attract favour soon.

Favour is not hard to get, you just need the character that attract it.
