STAYING FAITHFUL TO YOUR SPOUSE Pt.3

April 22, 2016 · Lanre Oyeleke · 3 views

1Corinthians7:3 The husband should fulfill his wife's sexual needs, and the wife should fulfill her husband's needs.

A man was asked why he was engaging in extra marital affairs with his secretary at work, the excuse he gave was that he was denied sexual pleasure by his wife. I read about a woman whose husband didn't touch her for three years, she was burning seriously, it took God's intervention through a counsellor to save that marriage.

When a man or woman is starved sexually in marriage, adultery may result. This doesn't exclude ministers and their wives as there have been cases of pastors wives committing adultery because their husbands are always on the mountain. Every christian must understand that sex within marriage is a tool for bonding both partners. It is not something you draw a time-table for, make it happen as convenient.

What strange women use in tying some men down is what some legitimate wives have refused to give their husbands. Dear spiritual woman, don't push your husband into the hands of another woman, look good and blow his head. Make yourself the object of his attraction, every man wants to see his wife as a new found 'babe' not a wrapper tying grandma. Repent if you are guilty.

Looking and dressing sexy in your bedroom for your husband isn't a sin neither is it bad to look presentable to the outside world.

Action point

Father, I receive grace to stay committed to my spouse In Jesus name. Amen
