I was once disturbed by the spirit of fear and I know what it means to be influenced by fear. There are types of fear and some have polished and rebranded it by calling it Phobia. All I know from the bible is that fear and forms of phobia is not of God.
Fear has a crippling effect and it can open the door for other dirty spirits to torment us. Fear is a tormentor and not a mentor, if you allow that demon into your life, you may have high blood pressure. Some are sick because fear has dominated their heart and hence all manners of sicknesses are feasting in their temple.
You have the word and authority in Christ to combat fear and win. Your mind must be renewed by the word on daily basis and your authority in Christ must be exercised against it. God has given us the tools to combat fear, find the relevant scriptures that tackles the kind of fear in your and don't change your confession.
If fear speaks to you, speak the word back to fear, don't dwell on it.
Father, I rebuke the spirit of fear in my life and I command it to cease from its manoeuvres In Jesus name. Amen
