Isaiah 8:12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid. -KJV
At every time in man's history, there is always a pervading fear which stems from the realities of whatever is going on in the environment. It is plausible that in a bad economy, the statements on the lips of people would be 'there is no money', 'things are hard', 'there are no jobs', and other statements that programme people for fear. In a country with serious economic challenges, a lot of people would be jobless and those gainfully employed would be afraid of losing their jobs,
God's word to you today is that you should not be frightened by what frightens others. While mere men are thinking of where to get their next meal, see your self in abundance and say it consistently. The words on your lips should programme you for wealth amidst abject poverty, abundance in scarcity and flourishing in economic melt-down. If you say what people are saying, you will get the results they are getting.
Tell yourself that what affects others, can't affect you. Let the devil and his angels know that even if all hell be let loosed against the economy of your nation, you will draw supplies from heaven because that's your citizenship. Do not be afraid of losing your job, your health and your joy. Take sides with God's word against the devil and whatever he may be doing. That's the sure path to victory.
CONFESSION: I live in God's economy and that's where my supplies come from. If Ravens fed Elijah in time of famine, I command my Ravens to locate me for abundance in times like this.
