There is a difference between testing and temptation. The aim of a temptation is to pull you down and make you fall into sin. Temptation aims at making you deviate from the track but a test comes for you to know your stand in the faith. The aim isn't to make you fall but to test your strength and your ability to withstand the vicissitudes of life.
For Jesus, his test started when his own didn't receive him despite the prophecies that went ahead of him, the Pahrisees and Saduccees persecuted him till he died on the cross and he didn't waver. Even when he felt like absconding from the pain and shame of the cross, he endured the pain because he knew that the end result would be for the salvation of man-kind. That's a life of test and suffering.
Whether you like to hear it or not , your days of tests are coming, it may come in the form of delay in certain areas or discomfort but because we have a priest that has fone through tests that are far worse than whatever we may be going through, we can run to him for help. Only Christ can help with the burden and crisis of life. Hook-up to him, he'll surely help you because your help lies with him.
Father, I receive help from you to overcome my tests and come out of it a better person In Jesus name. Amen
