Eph6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with ALL KINDS OF PRAYERS and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. NIV
When we talk about the subject of prayer, it is a very deep subject that no one can claim to know all. Religion adherents all over the world say some form of prayer. The verse above made it clear that there are different kinds of prayers and if diversity exists, the rules guiding them must be different as well.
Many fail to understand that prayer is of different kind and they lump all in the same category and hence fail to get answers from God. Some have an efficient prayer life but not an effective one. If you pray and do not get answers from God, it is not God's fault neither is it the devil's. To start with, what is prayer? I define prayer as the communication between man and God.
There is a need to dig deep into God's word on this unavoidable subject. Prayer is an art and as such, we can learn the rules guiding it. I will encourage you to be spiritually alert and never to relent in prayers. Make it a point of duty to pray always and to make it word-based.
Father, I receive grace for an effective prayer life.
