Kenneth Erwin Hagin of blessed memory told a story on how he kept telling people that he was healed even when he looked frail. He was bedfast for several months and he got his healing by beliveing God's word. After he was raised from the sick bed,he started working where they pull up peach trees. His boss doubted if he would be able to continue because he looked frail but his confession put him over.
The concept and idea of faith that some have is that faith is of the heart alone. Truly, faith is of the heart but it reflects in our action and the words that we speak. Faith can be acted on and spoken, faith is not dumb and I'm glad to tell you that your faith would work if you verbalise it and don't change your confession. Speak what you believe and not what you feel.
The problem many of us have is that we are quick to confess our feelings and we believe our feelings more than God's word. Believe God's word and let that be your unchanging confession. I believe I can't be broke neither can I die of sickness or live in sickness. Yea, there may be times when I don't have money in my pocket but that is not tantamount to poverty or being broke.
I will never stop speaking about what Christ did for me on the cross as recorded in his word. Glory!
CONFESSION: I can never be down, broke nor barren. I am wired for favour and engraced to walk in grace. Up I go and will never come down. Never!!! In Jesus name.
