2Cor5:15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
There is a song that says 'I live for Jesus day after day'. When you live for something or someone, it means your entire life, your time, pursuit and purpose is only for that person. We can tell who you're living for by your actions, dreams and aspiration. Do you know that you can go to school for Jesus? It all depends on who you're living for.
Jesus died for you so that you'll start living for him and him alone. Living for Jesus doesn't mean that you'll be a full time pastor but rather, it is a life lived to glorify God and to reflect the life and image of Christ. A christian that is living for Christ would make decisions with eternity in view.
Let me ask you, what and who are you living for? Mundane things are transient but eternal things are permanent. You don't abandon the presence of God because of what starts and stops here. Do you attend mid-week services or you sit at home watching football? Your priority is a pointer to who you're living for.
Live for Christ.
Father, I receive grace to live for Christ alone In Jesus name. Amen
