I love God's system of doing things because He has principles and order for His children. As omniscient as He is, God didn't create men that won't need other men especially godly men. We all are not at the same level of spiritual experience, knowledge and encounter. Even when God is giving us an assignment, he expects us to listen to wise counsel from those that have gone ahead of us in the journey.
Moses was a man of deep revelation about God but we were told that his father-In-law advised him on delegation of duty. The man saw that he truly had the calling and anointing but he didn't have organizational skill, so he advised him on that. No matter how brilliant, spiritual or anointed you are, you need godly advisers. There is something you don't know that you need to learn from others.
There are times you have zeal as a result of revelation but in most cases, details on how to organize yourself are always left to us- that's where godly advise is needed. I have read several books about ministry and to the very of my capacity, I pray but I have men that tells me what I don't know because they've been to where I've not been. No man is an Island of knowledge, please learn from others.
Father, I receive grace to listen to wise and godly counsel In Jesus name. Amen
