Rom14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
When the rapture occurs( which may happen very soon), the saints shall go up to meet with the Lord in the air and we shall be there for a period of seven years while those on earth will go through the worst tribulations ever. While we are with Christ in the air, there shall be a marriage supper of the lamb where believers shall be judged.
The believers judgement is called 'Bema Judgement'. The word 'Bema' is Greek word that Paul used in Rom14:10 to describe how we shall be judged. In Greece, when athletes or those deserving an award are to be awarded, they come to the 'Bema'-an elevated pavement where awards are given. Paul was also trying to use the same word to describe the believers reward. It shall be a ceremonious event and we shall be decorated with crowns based on merit.
We believer shall be rewarded on the basis of what we do in the flesh. At the 'Bema', no one shall be cast into hell neither shall anyone be condemned. Evangelism, giving to the work of the Lord, sacrifices for kingdom and all you've been doing for God shall be duly rewarded at the 'Bema'.
Let your work for God be of high quality and standard, devoid of selfish motives because at the 'Bema', your work(s) shall be rewarded.
Father, I will not lose my reward In Jesus name.
