The grace of God is so deep and as such cannot be explained. God wanted us to live a life that is pleasing unto him, he decided to send his Spirit to live within us to fulfil his desires. The work of the Holy Spirit is to energize us from within with his power so that we can live a life that is pleasing unto God.
As a believer, I want you to know that failure in your walk with God isn't God's delight. There's a need for us to submit to that working of the Spirit within. I want you to know that God hasn't given-up on you,he keeps working inside you so that you can produce fruits of righteousness. Whenever you sense a desire to go deeper in the things of God, walk better with God and to please him, that's God at work from within.
God would never cease to work within you until you conform to the very image of his dear son. God wants to work out the life of Christ in you, just cooperate with him. The truth is that God would always do his part of the deal but man needs to cooperate with him so that he can achieve his desires.
Yield to the inner workings of God in your life that is capable of making you please him.
