Galatians4:19 My little children, over whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you. KJV
INTERCESSION NEVER FAIL
A Christian woman had a wayward son. She did all all she could to get this boy saved but her effort was fruitless. In all, she didn't fail to pray for this boy continously. She invested so much in her son's life through prayers. In her life time, this boy grew to become a man but he didn't change. She died hoping for a change. After her demise, this young man had an accident that led to coma.
After sometime, the man came back to life. He narrated how he saw the vision of hell. In the vision he saw, he was to be taken to hell but God's angel stopped the demonic angel sent to throw him into eternal torment. The angel told him that God had given him another chance to live because of the intercession of his late mother. His eyes opened and he saw his mother kneeling in prayer. That was how he came back to life asking God for forgiveness. He became a Christian and he devoted his life to Christ.
Prayer goes into eternity. Heartfelt prayer can never be wasted. You must send words of prayers ahead of your children. As a discipler, spend quality time in prayer for those you're discipling. As a pastor, all your discipleship effort would be a waste if you don't pray the right prayer continously. Apostle Paul prayed certain prayers for the Ephesian church in Eph1:17-19. For the Galatian church, his burden was to see Christ formed in them. That was his intercessory burden. After you've done all you know to do, soak your effort in the pool of prayer. Don't be discouraged.
Father, i shall not fail in the place of intercession In Jesus name.
