Mr Jack was a boat engine technician. A new model of cruise boat had technical issues. Someone recommended Mr Jack to the owner because that was his area of expertise. He had decades of experience fixing boat engines. However, when he started on this cruise boat engine, he became confused because he wasn't getting it. He looked like a fool on the job he had been doing for years. He had a hunch to request for the manual of the cruise boat. In the manual, he saw that the manufacturer described what should be done when the engine develop the kind of fault he was trying to fix. He followed the instruction in the manual and he got the job done in few minutes after trying for four days.
Sometimes, what you need do to get out of confusion is to get accurate information. Mr Jack thought that the engine he wanted to repair was like other engines he had been fixing. We are like that most times. We try to solve every problem with a traditional method we are accustomed to. If we're not making head way, we become confused. That's the reason why experts fail sometimes. There is information for every aspect of life where humans may be facing confusion. In moments of confusion, after getting to that point where it seems all you know to do has failed, go for fresh information. This applies to marriage, ministry, business and career.
The Jews were in captivity but most of them may not know it had been prophesied that their captivity would last seventy years but Daniel got hold of the right information that made him pray the right prayers (Dan9:2..). The information you need may be in some of those books on your shelf or in the library. The moment you know what to do and how to go about it, that is the end of confusion. There are times God speaks to us through anointed literature materials. I have benefitted so much from this.
