Joel2:25 The LORD says, "I will give you back what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts...( 26)Once again you will have all the food you want, and you will praise the LORD your God, who does these miracles for you. Never again will my people be disgraced. NLT
The story of Job in the bible is a vivid example of restoration. He lost his wealth, children and fortune at the same time. His glory waned and he was relegated to the ground. He became a rich man of yesterday but when his season of restoration came, God paid him double for all that he lost.
If you have lost anything good in your life before now, we serve a God that can restore all that you've lost in less than twenty four hours. Take a good look at your life, search your heart and list those things that are lost either to sin, careless living and devourers. You may have lost some gifts of the Spirit and spiritual virtues, yes it is possible. Samson lost his anointing to sexual immorality. God has promised that He would restore all of them.
The first step to restoration is to identify what you've lost, why you lost those things, make amends and demand for restoration in prayers and if possible add some doses of fasting. It doesn't take God days to restore what is lost, call on Him today and He would make good His promises in your life.
