WHY THE WORLD NEED JESUS Pt.3

2 Corinthians 5:21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. NLT

THE PRICE FOR SIN HAS BEEN PAID

I read the story of a man who boarded a ship for a journey that spanned for weeks on the high sea. He got on board loaded with bread and all he felt he needed for the journey.

After some weeks, his bread became stale. He became hungry but he didn't know what to do to get quality meal. He saw others in the ship eating, drinking and partying.

One day, he summoned courage to beg for food. The person whom he begged from was surprised to see a fellow passenger begging. He couldn't imagine that someone who paid the same fare could be begging.

He asked this man If he paid the price for his fare. He answered affirmatively. The man showed him where it was written that the price he paid covered for all his feeding for the period of his journey.

Religion will never show or tell you that the price of sins has been paid. Rather, religion will make you live on rituals and rites that cannot cleanse your sins. Religion doesn't believe man can be saved.

I'm glad to tell the world the price of sins has been paid fully by the blood: "For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value. It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God"(1 Peter 1:18‭-‬19 NLT).

There's no other price a man can pay for his sins that will earn him forgiveness or salvation. Salvation cannot be earned, it is gift from God.

God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it( Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9 NLT).

He is so rich in kindness and grace that he purchased our freedom with the blood of his Son and forgave our sins(Ephesians 1:7 NLT).

The death of Christ alone is enough. The bible says, "But our High Priest offered himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Then he sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand"( Hebrews 10:12 NLT).

Hallelujah!!! Now that Christ has offered himself for the sins of mankind, no need for any form of sacrifice: "And when sins have been forgiven, there is no need to offer any more sacrifices"(Hebrews 10:18 NLT).

The world must hear about this saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. The more they try to use man-made methods, the more they'll feel condemned.

And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation( Romans 5:9 NLT).

The saving grace of God is available for the sinner: "We believe that we are all saved the same way, by the undeserved grace of the Lord Jesus" (Acts of the Apostles 15:11 NLT).

As a believer, let the world know that Christ has made provision for their forgiveness and salvation.

I shall preach these truths all around the world because It is the word of God and I believe it. I'm fully convinced about this Gospel.
