TELL HIM TO GET OUT

Luke 10:19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. NKJV

During one of our missionary outreaches in a French speaking West African country, we had a healing and deliverance line.

A lady in her twenties( I suppose) was on the healing and deliverance line. She told my interpreter that she bedwets among other problems she had.

I knew her problem was demonic. As I laid my hands on her, she began to manifest. We ended the program that night and left for the apartment where we lodged.

In the midnight, I had an attack experience. I began to urinate on my body from sleep so I jumped out of bed and rushed to the toilet to finish up there.

After urinating in the toilet, I remembered I prayed for a bedwetting lady the previous night so I knew what happened to me was a demonic attack.

From the toilet, I looked towards my bed and I sensed there was a strange presence in my room. Immediately, I issued a decree in the name of Jesus and told Satan and his demons to get out of my room.

Truly, I sensed their exit and returned to bed. Had a sound sleep that night onwards till I left that country. The programmes we had were powerful with great testimonies.

Do not allow Satan mess with you. One unchanging character of Satan and demons is to make a mess of peoples lives. They want to put their dirty dozen on you, your children, your job, ministry and family.

You must resist him at all times: "But resist him, be firm in your faith [against his attack—rooted, established, immovable], knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being experienced by your brothers and sisters throughout the world. [You do not suffer alone.]"( 1Pet 5:9).

In the Greek, the tense in which the word "resist" is rendered is in the present indicative. That is a continous kind of action. Satan is stubborn and we must stubbornly resist him.

Do not fear him neither should you fear his minions. They are defeated already. On the cross, Christ made a mess of Satan and his cohorts defeating them eternally.

Colosssians 2:15 says, "and having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it"(Colossians 2:15 KJV).

Satan can only deal successfully with those who do not know their rights and privileges in Christ. So many believers do not know their rights so they get threatened and fearful whenever Satan comes up with his tricks.

About every believer, the bible says, "and hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:"(Ephesians 2:6 KJV).

Halleluyah!!! We are seated with Christ in the place of power and authority. This is where you are whether you feel like it or not. It is a position higher than where Satan and demons dwell.

I want you to look at the dirty dozens of the enemy in your life, that sickness, demonic attack, backwardness and those things that do not represent redemption. Issue a decree telling him to get out of your life with his belongings.

CONFESSION: Satan, get out of my life and take(... Insert name of challenges) along with you as you go in Jesus name. I belong to Jesus. I am more than a conqueror.
