Sometime ago, on a whatsapp group of married people, I asked a disturbing question on why some married folks prefer another person's spouse. I asked that question because I observed a disturbing trend.
I noticed there are men whose focus is to get married women laid. They don't look elsewhere but unto married women to satisfy their carnal cravings. Same applies to some married women. They prefer the husbands of other women.
The answers I got and what I gathered as the reason for such unholy cravings are better left unsaid. I concluded that people with such carnal cravings are demonized and are having mental problem. A very serious psychiatric disorder.
In the spectrum of sexual sins, personally, God will punish any man who takes advantage of another man's wife and vice versa. The punishment of adulterers is custom-made from heaven. Read what Paul says.
1 Thessalonians 4:6(NLT) Never harm or cheat a fellow believer in this matter by violating his wife, for THE LORD AVENGES all such sins, as we have solemnly warned you before.
No man sleeps with another man's wife and remains uncursed. Such men sign up for a problematic life. Likewise, no woman( either single/ married) sleeps with another woman's husband remains without a mark of God's vengeance on them. Engaging in adultery is like pressing a self destruct button.
Proverbs 6:32 says, "But the man who commits adultery is an utter fool, for he destroys himself".
Dear young lady, you cannot invade another woman's territory as a side chic and still prosper in life. If she did not curse you, God will avenge her. You'll be repaid for all the emotional trauma & suffering you've made her pass through.
Sometimes, one reason I think some men do not live long to enjoy the fruit of their labour is because of adultery. They die untimely in mid-life and leave their wives behind for decades to enjoy life. In my personal opinion, it is God's way of rewarding those women for keeping fidelity.
Proverbs 6:26 says, "..., but sleeping with another man’s wife will cost you your life".
