SEX IS A SIGN THAT YOU'RE IN LOVE.
This is another big lie from the pit of hell that has gained wide acceptance all over the world. The moment love is mentioned, what comes to the mind of some is sex, especially the male folks. Many ladies have had to succumb to the pressure to have sex just to prove a point to their partner that they're truly in love. A sister once shared her experience with us in a gathering. She was in a relationship with a church brother who had sex with her. She did that to express her love to him. He deflowered her and called it quit thereafter.
If sex is the true sign of love, prostitutes would be the most loved set of people on earth. However, you'll agree with me that sex with prostitutes is purely transactional. It has nothing to do with love. A man can sleep with a prostitute and a brutal fight may ensue due to the man's failure to pay for services rendered. Where is love in that? A man can sleep with a lady countless times yet doesn't love her and vice versa. Stop laying your temple down on the altar of sexual immorality. 1Cor6:19-20 says, "Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body”.
God's standard for courtship is sexual purity within and without: "For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication", 1 Thessalonians 4:3 KJV. Do not be deceived. What the world calls fun(pre marital sex) is a sin before the Lord. Another deceit akin to the one being discussed is the deceit to test for sexual compatibility. How many ladies will you sleep with before you find the exact one you're compatible with sexually? Sisters, don't allow yourself to be used for sexual compatibility testing. God is raising Joseph's who when confronted with the sin of sexual immorality would say, "How could I do such a wicked thing? It would be a great sin against God”, Gen39:9.
Father, purge me of hellish mentality in Jesus name.
