Rom8:18- For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in me(personalise it).
This is a wow scripture and I want you to read it again. The end product of every suffering ordained by God is glory. Halleluyah!!! If we look at Jesus today, we can call Him a glorious man simply because He endured the cross&despised the shame because of the joy(glory) set before him.
There's a suffering that comes with obedience especially when you don't want to compromise your faith. Do you think its easy to stay jobless because you can't age-cheat or stay unmarried as a lady because the only suitor you had was demanding sex?
Many believers fail to understand that what lies ahead of them is more glorious than what they're going through and that's why our approach to life's issues should always be, ' Father, If you have a hand in these, what do you want me to learn'?
Father, I need grace to endure my cross and trade it for the coming glory In Jesus Name.
