Rom8:8- If we follow our desires, we cannot please God.(CEV)
I have seen with so called 'brothers' that will describe the body shape that they desire in their would-be spouse but not the heart that she possess. Some may even tell you that God has promised to grant the desire of the righteous.
Though that is scriptural but I am of the opinion that God would only grant your sanctified desires. Lustful desires centred on self cannot be granted by God. The only man that can please God is a man who's unsanctified des
God is bound by His wor d and your desires are as good as granted when it aligns to His will for you. The key to pleasing God is to stop pursuing your unsanctified desires and let him have his way.
