There's a common terminology in most governement agencies that refers to the highest authority as 'DG', meaning Director-General. The new testament church also has a 'DG' that controls her affairs. The place of the HolySpirit cannot be over-emphasized.
God is in heaven sitted on His throne with Jesus on His right hand side making intercession for us but the only personality in trinity available here on earth is the HolySpirit. Do you need direction or clarity on certain issues? Consult our Director-General.
Fellowship with Him daily in the word, worship him &pray in tongues. When you do these, it makes you receptive to His leading and His voice. He is the 'CEO' of the church, seek to be led by Him.
