A liberal man is a man that does not withold. He is a die-hard giver; the principle of seed-time and harvest is implanted in the heart of a liberal man. Being fat according to the scripture above talks about having enough materially and spiritual increase.
If you are not a giver, you cannot be blessed. In as much as I don't encourage giving to God and people to show off or to get but rather giving out of love, it is a standing principle that it is only those that give, that shall be blessed. If you are stingy, you are closing-up your pocket against increase.
I am encouraging you to be a seed sower, I want you to be liberal at heart. Let your hands be stretched out to the needy, kingdom projects and other worthwhile cause. God doesn't owe any man and I'm sure he won't owe you.
