Proverbs1:10 My son, if sinners entice thee, consent thou not.
Sometimes, when you ask men that are sexually immoral why they persist in their acts of immorality, some will tell you that the lady enticed with her irresistible appearance. Some will say that the lady's packaging is a killer packaging and something must be done. They give all manners of excuses but when we look at it, something enticed them and they fell for it.
No man falls into sin without being enticed or deceived into it. In the case of sexual immorality, we may use the word 'seduced' into sin. The media has also become a tool of enticement because there are things some people wouldn't do naturally, but after watching series of adverts, they decided to give a try. Have you seen some advert on alcohol and you feel like having a taste?
The secret pull that sin has is such that it has its own allures and if one is not careful, falling is inevitable. Let's face the fact, sin is attractive and interesting to the flesh but when we build a strong resistance from God's word against sin, we won't fall victim.
Father, I receive grace not to fall victim of demonic enticement In Jesus name.
