PORNOGRAPHY Pt.7

1 Corinthians 6:18 *"Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body*".

*EFFECTS OF PORN IN MARRIAGE*(b)

While studying how toxic substances work, I discovered that small dosages of lethal substances in water can accumulate in the bodies of mammals to cause/wreck havoc later. It often starts as little toxic substance that may seem harmless but it bio accumulates and release its toxin in the body of animals.

That is the effect of pornography in marriage. It starts as something harmless but it rewires the mind to be weird over time until the abnormal becomes normal to the addict. Some weird sexual demands in marriage results from long term gradual exposure to porn.

*2#.IT BREEDS COMPARISON*

In addition to creating unreal sexual expectation in the bedroom, porn brings an invisible third party into the bedroom that breeds comparison. As long as that imaginary person whose fantasies appeals to either the man or woman, there won't be sexual satisfaction in that marriage.

I am of the opinion that some sexual challenges couples are having today stems from an imbalance in exposure some of which are products of previous sexual history or exposure to porn. So, while in the bedroom, the one that was/is exposed starts comparing the man/woman on his bed with another sexual partner in the past or a porn star.

The exaggeration around sex has become unrealistic. Even marketers latch on this unrealistic sexual expectation to sell aphrodisiacs and sex enhancers. A man who saw a male porn star last 1 hours on a woman may think he has problem and may be tempted to look for a way out. In the process, some may damage their health.

I am always shocked when I read how some women desire men with long penis. If they have not "tasted" or seen several sizes of penis(via hardcore porn) they won't have any basis for comparison. *If someone hasn't tasted/seen something "big", they won't know the one that is small*.

A man whose mind is stuffed with porn images and videos will always compare his real wife with the woman in the porn video. They imagine having the porn star on their bed. This is one of the reasons some men will never be satisfied with their wives.

*Christian husbands should stop demanding unreal fantasies from their wives. Porn is fantasy marriage is reality. If you marry a real church girl with 'Holy Mary' piety, you cannot demand the vibes of that porn star from her and still get that unholy cravings satisfied except her mind has been rewired by unholy exposure to immorality*.

That porn star is on drugs. The fantasies you see are pure acting under the watchful eye of a movie director working for a producer. All of them are out to make money but corrupting your soul in the process. Why will you compare your spouse to such people?

Couples should face the reality about their sexual needs and find ways to enjoy mutual satisfaction instead of comparing themselves with another. Stop bringing a third party into your bedroom. Face the reality and not fantasy.

As usual, let's pray the prayer of the psalmist in Psalm 119:32: *"Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways*".
