Amos3:3-Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
Bradley John hired labourers to work on his farm from 8am-5pm for just $50 and they agreed, at about 2pm, he met another guy on the street roaming, he hired him to work on thesame farm from 3pm-5pm for $30 but the guy demanded $50 pay and Mr Bradley agreed.
When the day's work was over and the labourers were being paid, the guys that started work earlier got angry that the other guy that came later collected the same amount as theirs. Mr Bradley said 'I paid you based on our agreement, good bargain good pay, bad bargain bad pay- it all revolves on agreement'.
Some of us are like the first set of labourers, we work in offices where we grumble about the remuneration of others of equal status and training. It could even be in matters of relationship, before you commit yourself to any man or woman, draw out issues and likely scenarios and agree on those agreeable, compromise on some and disagree on what is disagreeable.
Before you take that job, partner in business or enter into that relationship, endeavor to agree on what matters.
