PLEASE HIM

October 18, 2014 · Lanre Oyeleke · 2 views

Luke6:46 "But why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and not do the things which I say?

When a man is called Lord, we mean he owns or control everything in that area or region. In certain towns, they give the title of 'Lord' to their paramount ruler and so is Jesus Christ to us.

Before you can bodly call Jesus your Lord, that means you are living in total surrender to him by obeying him promptly. If you cannot do what he says, then he is yet to be the Lord of your life. Some of us sing about Christ's Lordship in our worship songs even with tears proclaiming how much we love him but he is saying until you do my bidding, I'm not your Lord.

Make up your mind to accept him as your Lord and allow him to Lord over your life by obeying him.

Action point
  • Father, I accept the Lordship of your son In Jesus Name
