There is so much to learn from nature. In God's wisdom, certain things are programmed into nature that we can learn from. The palm tree is a living thing with many life lessons imbued into its existence.
#5. The Palm tree replicates itself.
This is one of the attributes of the Palm tree's fruitfulness. It takes one palm tree to produce other palm trees. Most palm plantations you see today started with few palm trees but it multiplied by itself after some years.
Anywhere a palm tree is growing, it has a mechanism of dispersing its seeds around and in no time, a large number of palm trees grows in that vicinity.
Multiplication to God means so many things. First, soul-winning and making your converts soul winners is part of multiplication. This is a vital aspect of our christian walk.
You are not a successful soul winner until your converts starts winning souls as well. This is God's plan for you and me. Just as the mature palm tree disperses its seeds to produce another palm tree, you must desire to reproduce yourself in the faith.
Mentoring people and pouring yourself into them is another side to multiplication. If God has helped you to attain a height some are struggling to attain, please, mentor those that are willing to learn. That's another way to multiply yourself.
That spirit that makes you keep vital information from others because you want to be the only one at the top is not of God. It is a demonic spirit. We all can succeed and fly high together.
It is God's desire that we all reach our full potential and succeed in our areas of calling. No competition, we just need to complement one another. Stop hoarding useful information that can help others grow. As you mentor others, you'll grow and multiply.
The decision is yours to make, the grace is God's to give. If you want to flourish in every area of your life like the palm tree, pattern your life after what we've learnt from the palm tree in this series.
Things work in the kingdom by principles obeyed. As you obey, I see you flourishing like a palm tree In Jesus name.
