WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FAIL GOD

June 16, 2013 · Lanre Oyeleke · 2 views

1Jhn1:9- If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Have you gotten to a point where you know you've messed things up&failed God? Have you ever been depressed because of a shameful act such that you began to hear a voice telling you God can't forgive you anymore&you're hell-bound? I've been there severally.

Because the devil has no mercy in his dictionary, he makes us feel that once we offend God, we may not be forgiven, this has made many to confess thesame sin for many days. Actually, God heard you on the first day&forgave you right on the spot.

When you fail God&you realise it, confess&forsake that sin. Simple. The spirit of religion may make you feel you have to do extra things to earn forgiveness but you must understand that If we have to undo all our sins, then the blood of Jesus is no longer effective&salvation now is by works not of grace which negates the scriptures.

God is willing to have you back, the constant feeling of guilt will keep you far away from your God&viable fellowship with the father. If you have failed God, use the blood advantage to erase your errors. It is only the sin you don't confess He won't forgive.
