Wealth is useless without good health. There was a young preacher that was mightily used by God in Europe over a century ago. At a very young age, he had shaken his world. However, at 29, he died. On his death bed, he said, "God gave me a message and a horse. I destroyed the horse so i couldn't deliver the message." The horse was his body while the message was the gospel he preached. He couldn't fulfill his evangelistic assignment to the fullest because he didn't take care of his health.
Another way you can shape your year is to take good care of your health. Most believers hide under "faith" to disregard simple health warnings and tips. I have seen folks who talk faith and boast in faith yet they took Ill. Could it be that God doesn't honour faith? I'm 100% sure he does. However, when faith is mixed with foolishness, carelessness, irresponsibility and ignorance, God stays away from such. There's nothing God has done or will do for mankind without leaving room for man to play his own part. God is ever faithful to his promises but man is prone to failing in his own duties.
Do not joke with your health this year. Without good health, you have no ministry. Without good health, forget wealth. Whatever your goals are and those lofty dreams of yours, the absence of good health will make them a pipe dream. Whenever you need to rest, please rest and stop jumping around. Eat right, drink clean water( not soda) and exercise your body. Don't wait till you're sick before seeing the medics. You can do a comprehensive medical check up once in a year. That's not a sign of faithlessness but wisdom. As much as you can, learn about healthy living through study.
